<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Studies from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have showed that more than half or two thirds of Adult U.S. citizens are clinically obese or over weight. This means that out of three U.S. adult citizens, two of them are fat.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">And that is not even including the children. With the children eleven percent from those ranging two to five years old is obese or overweight. Now with such news, it can really be disheartening to think of what is going on with our culture.</p>

Of course back then, processed and mass produced manufactured foods and fast foods did not exists at such a scale. Also, more manual labor and everyday chores still existed. For instance, remote controls did not exist. But scientist say that since what we eat and how we live has drastically changed, so have our bodies. And perhaps, all these weight loss and medical production industries benefit from this because they can sell their products to the unhealthy. Many conspiracy theories point to this fact that the free reign capitalism naturally moves toward such a direction</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Manufactured foods really destroy one’s healthy digestive track. It is unnatural and the processing makes the food harder to digest. It also promotes the increase of parasites in the digestive system. Experts say that perhaps almost all that is ninety nine percent of U.S. citizens right now have some form of parasite living in their intestine. And what this eventually leads to is more weight gain.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Those who know that they have to flush out these parasites are also those who lose more weight. After one can finally get rid of these nasty organisms in the intestines, then one can finally be able to thin down and feel healthier. Plus, the fats stay away.</p>
